The OU is not going bad, just writing my finial maths paper for the basic maths course I started with them. It was a good course, and enjoyed it a lot, also get my Maths to a good foundation which I can build on further. The next course is the basic Science foundation that everyone needs to do before moving onto more advanced Science based courses. After this going to do the next level of Maths courses to get the Maths to A-levels, even though I do have Maths at Higher level in Scotland.

Watching Neil Sedaka TV Show
I remember being young in the car and my parents listening to him, and singing along. Brings back memories of child-hood.

Requiem IOD
Generated a Nosferatu for Requiem, since I felt its only been a year since I generated a character, more like Five years. The character is going to be based in Amsterdam, and have written a vague background due to part the character is just awake and not knowing anything. Since I need to re-read rulebooks and also get into chronicle feeking for the best. He is confused about horse-less carts, and this strange device called  a TV, however god help him if he see's a mobile phone. Just waiting for the database to allow me access, since I felt I broken it.  I have a high MC and tried to put points into area's I thought a character would be more into, Blacksmithing was one. Just have to wait and see what the ST thinks.

Week off
Basically just started thinking of where to sort stuff out in the room, managed to count my money jar, an task that has been put off for a year. So after £80's worth of bronze coins into the bank. Managed to buy Game of Thrones, and also treat my mother to one or two treats. She is still recovering from breaking her ankle, so being extra kinds to her and making sure she is fine.
Been moving gravel around the drive-way, moving about one ton of the stuff is so much fun, but had to be done, I use the car to drive onto it, and spread it more around. Mass Effect 3 arrived on Wednesday enjoyed it a great deal, but the ending was something, not spoiling anyone's fun.
Supposed to have re-read the WOD Mortals basic rulebook, but still to start since, we have part two of the adventures in Munich to continue. Been researching into German and English papers in Munich. Also started reading more of the history, I was more after the occult background and also the strange world of "Vril" to UFO's. Players slowly being lead down the garden path by themselves and doing a good job of getting themselves into danger.  IF this was a Call of cthulhu game they would all be insane and nothing caused by the Storyteller. Enjoying TT but need to do more research and get better, since not done it in an while.

Thoughts are also sorting out a modern-day consipracey TT game, since I love the world of it, most of it is rubbish but some of it is interesting about urban myths and past cultures. Everyone take care and speak more later.

Game Design Very basic basic
Well decided to write a really basic computer program in text, that you can move about for four rooms. That's all, I want to do, so going to learn C++ and learn how to do this, in a way to do something useful and move away from playing MMORPG's all the time.

First TT game in ages
Run my first TT game in a few years, and it was not bad, had a rough idea where I wanted to go with it. Basing it in Munich actually worked since the players had to learn to think of a different out view on life and culture instead of Inverness as usual. Having them investigate one or two deaths from the late 50's to see what connection to different groups. Still rough in one or two area's but it was fun, and even more so a small group and first time role-player as well.

Thai Green Curry with Prawns
I was given a cook book for Christmas, and one of the recipes was for a Thai Curry. I bought all the items, and made enough curry that it lasted for two days. I was happy with the results and next time going to ignore part of the recipe since you put the last of the green peppers in at the last minute. Too hard for my liking, so going to cook them from the start. Next time going to try it with some chicken instead and see how that works out.
Plans for 2012, actually finish off the game plan for when we are running a TT Mortals game, and lose more weight. Still have a lot to go, but with my sugar levels at what they should be and most of the crap cut out of my diet. Things are looking up.

Battery failed in Car Today
The car battery failed today in the car, had to phone the AA out to check it out. Not bad was told a two hour wait and they turned up in twenty five minutes. Checked the battery it was done, not bad it was 6 years old so lasted well. Replaced it with a heavy duty at a cost of £120, curses but had money set aside for its MOT in February.

Old Hobby
I bought a basic model plastic model ship of RMS Titanic to start with to give myself something to do over the winter. I do want to move to bigger ships and even wooden kits as a hobby away from computer games.

Well not doing much actually, just scrapping the car free of ice. However doing my good deed of taking my Auntie to Inverness airport today, so she can visit her daughter and family in Wales. Munich development for the TT game is going well, and the history of the city is amazing, and still finding out new things. If time-travel was possible I would visit Munich between 1919 to 1926, to actually speak to one or two people about their thoughts and hopes for the future.

TT Roleplaying
Well we decided after a break of a few years, to give Mage the Accession a go again. So now I looked out most of my books, but have three traditions missing. Probably somewhere in the spare cupboard under all of my other books.

Dragon Age Two
I am really enjoying this, it's an different game from one, and hate the limit of character races. One or two things that are irriating e.g. equipment only for the main character not the others. However the storyline is good and the npc interactions are excellent.

Car is back
I got the car back today, and the garage had to tell me there is a problem with the fan, that neither them or Peuoget themselves can solve. It seems that there is a small glitch in the electronics somewhere and even with disagnotic ability nothing can be done, until next week. Since I never paid for this, and the garage paid for this themselves I am not complaining. I can drive the car, but should avoid any ques at all due to the temperature thing. Happy at that, come the 21st of February I should have it solved.

Cooking Education
I attempted my first cooking of Duck Breast, and to put simply I learned a lot. I thought pan-frying it would be faster, however it only cooked it so far, still bloody in parts. Had to put it in the oven for over half-an-hour, but once it was cooked it was good. This taught me that I had to learn a lot more about cooking duck, and treat it with more respect.
The only problem I have with cooking is trying to get everything ready at the same time, so nothing is cold but it's something I learn more over time.

Rare Post
Well coming off 12 hour days, I am actually not all that tired for once. Found out why I was tired all the time, and hopefully the medication I am on for the rest of my life will cure it. Doctor thinks I have been suffering from this for over the last ten years, but just thought I was working too hard and doing too much stuff all the time. Lack of sleep was causing the problem. The only hassle I have to give up normal irn-bru due to it affecting myself badly. Just small things. Hopefully everyone is all right, and have a Happy Christmas and New Year.

9:36 am
If I did not need to go to Inverness yesterday I would have stayed at home, a twenty minute journey turned into fourty minutes due to the snow on the road. I was very happy driving at the speed of 30 mph, and had to be careful at one or two bits due to black ice. I did feel the backend of the car go once or twice but the ABS started kicking in quickly at times. Overall all today is go and visit my elderly auntie to make sure she is safe and take her paper, and check if she needs anything. Always remember the elderly in conditions at times, and also where did I put the six bags of salt for gritting to do her pavement.
